Maybe a slightly tan or olive skin tone would make the hair really stand out, but a really pale complexion is nice too.
i personally think that tan skin color looks best with any kind of hair!

I have a pale skin tone, and i have naturally dark auburn hair. i always get comments on my hair and my eyes, because they are the same color. everybody says i cant get any tanner because it will wash out my eyes, and make my hair look odd. so i stay pale.
