I have light tan skin color… Similar to my little cartoon picture. And I have very dark brown eyes, and I have dark black hair naturally. I have no hair on my body except on my head and down there. I like blonde and auburn hair colors. Which colors would be the best? Can super black hair be dyed into very light colors?

I think the basic rule is never have ur hair a lighter colour than your skin
your eyebrows s hould be 2 shades darker than yur hair, and keep hair around ypur skin tone or darker
